The ERA SHUTTLE project is hosting its 1st Summer School, titled "Advancing Careers in Research and Innovation 2024," from September 9th to 13th at the UNIST Technological Park in Split, Croatia. This initiative aims to empower research and innovation (R&I) talents through cross-sectoral cooperation, capacity building, and career development opportunities. The comprehensive program covers essential skills such as AI productivity tools, research funding, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship.

With a curriculum designed by field experts, the Summer School promises to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers in research. Participation is free, with travel costs covered for select attendees from the University of Gdansk and the University of Malta.
