• Managing and leading the complex evangelization process of the pastoral care of the sacraments, marriage and families, church movements.
• Singing Gregorian antiphons, designing spiritual concerts in sacral spaces and arranging singing in worship.
• Presentation of general provisions of canon law, the role of the consecration service of the Church and guidelines on the action of God's people
• Management of the process of religious education.

d) Social skills

• Argumentation of the Christian interpretation of general and personal history starting from God’ revelation in Jesus Christ.
• Development of pastoral programmes and synodal work in pastoral.
• Argumentation of the hierarchical structure of the Church and evaluation of the role and mission of lay believers in the mystery of the Church and the development of ecclesiology.
• Dialogical confrontation with the similarities and differences of Christian anthropology and anthropology of other religions.
• Cooperation and cooperative action in the parish pastoral council and the class council.
• Cooperation with parents in the field of education and religious-pedagogical issues.
